Jammu, Oct 8: Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Mr. Uchit Singhal, conducted a surprise inspection of Jammu Railway Station today. During this inspection, he reviewed the ongoing modernization and expansion of passenger amenities at the station. The primary objective of this surprise inspection was to ensure the quality of facilities being provided to passengers.

The Senior Divisional Commercial Manager first inspected the waiting room, ticket counters, and passenger amenities. He directed further improvements to the facilities, keeping in mind the needs of passengers. During the inspection, he reviewed the facilities for the disabled at the railway station, including parking, wheelchairs, and help desks. He also inspected the quality of food at all the station's catering stalls and the availability of Rail Neer at the latest revised rates. In view of the upcoming festivals, all railway employees were given instructions regarding their duties while on duty. |
