Adventure of politics and vote ballot policy | | | Ashok Raina
In the world of democracy and in the entire country, the attention of the leaders is more diverted towards their position rather than the public and who can estimate how many innocent people often lose their lives in the heat of politics that is increasing during the election campaign. However, if we talk about the elections to be held in Bihar, then the public knows very well how many people have lost their lives during the last two months and how many people have been killed in the firing incidents so far in the said state. Congress opposition leader Rahul Gandhi, who has been campaigning on the streets over the issue of allegedly theft voting system and has already taken to the streets in Bihar with other allies to express their anger and cause a huge uproar on roads. Reports have been published repeatedly about the Election Commission’s cancellation of over 6.5 million votes cast in last year’s elections, and the matter is currently pending before the hon’ble Supreme Court of India. The issue of vote theft, raised by Congress leader and Leader of the Opposition in the House, Rahul Gandhi, has barely subsided, and seat-sharing between political parties is being decided even before the elections. This clearly shows that if political leaders decide their own fate by adopting seat-sharing arrangements in advance before next month’s elections, then what kind of democratic process are the people of Bihar, or even Indian citizens, being asked to participate in by voting to strictly adhere to their participation? You know that the Election campaigning in Bihar has taken a new turn as parties grapple with alliances and seat-sharing arrangements ahead of the vote. Elections are scheduled for November 6th and 11th, with results due on November 14th, but the ruling NDA and opposition parties have yet to finalize their preparations. Most attention is focused on Chirag Paswan’s Lok Janshakti Party (Ram Vilas), which is in intense negotiations with the BJP and is also facing rumors of an alliance with Prashant Kishor’s Jan Swaraj Party. Seat-sharing remains a major issue between the BJP and Chirag Paswan. Citing its influence in several constituencies, the LJP (RLD) led by Chirag Paswan demands 40 of Bihar’s 243 assembly seats, the BJP offers 25 while Prashant Kishor’s alliance talks fuel tensions in NDA. According to reports, Paswan’s party has also demanded a share of seats in each of the five Lok Sabha seats it won in 2024.Sources further added and said the RJD may have received the largest share of seats in the alliance, with Tejashwi Yadav’s party set to contest 130 assembly constituencies. The Congress (INC) is likely to field candidates on 50 seats, while the Vikassheel Insaan Party (VIP) may contest 20, they added. Bihar Elections 2025: Chirag Paswan demands 40 seats, BJP offers 25, The Left parties - CPI, CPI(ML) and CPI(M) - are expected to win a total of 35 seats, the Paras faction of the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP-RV) two seats and the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha (JMM) six seats, sources said. Speaking of the state of Jammu and Kashmir, political heat is already simmering, with people being misled by various political groups, and there seems to be no hope for any positive results in the future. For at least the past 12 years, the BJP has been working tirelessly to win the trust and hearts of the Kashmiri people rather than the other regions of Jammu and Kashmir but the adventure in political trend is always described in favor of the all the local political parties of Jammu and Kashmir and BJP fails to open a single account from the Kashmir region. The non-factor voting within the minority of Kashmiri pandits the community’s several challenges remains un resolved .A closer look reveals that various political groups also operate on regional lines in their respective areas, leading to complaints of neglect of the undoubtedly the common man of any other region . This may be the main reason why the political heat in Ladakh is now showing mixed effects and response these days. The chapter on the subject adventure of politics and vote ballot policy. The chapter on politics and vote ballot policy is very broad and long in shape due to a large populated country like India but horse riding and seat sharing arrangement describing the view in bold type of letters the “Adventure of politics and vote ballot policy in India. |
