Inter District UT level competitions in the sports disicipline of Fencing, Table Tennis under 14 Yrs Boys, Girls held

Jammu, Oct 14: The department of Youth Service and Sports of District Jammu hosts Inter District UT level competitions in the sports discipline of Fencing and Table Tennis under 14 Yrs. Boys and Girls at MA Stadium Jammu. The experienced technical officials of the department are deployed for smooth conduct of these competitions.
These competitions are being organised under the patronage of Director General Youth Services and Sports JK UT Smt. Anuradha Gupta (JKAS) under the guidance of Joint Director Youth Services and Sports Jammu Smt. Vinakshi Koul (JKAS) and under the overall supervision of DYSSO Jammu Sh. Sukhdev Raj Sharma.
These competitions providing a platform for young players to showcase their talents and vie for the victory in this esteemed tournament. The primary goal of the competition is to select the best talent for further participation in the next competition coming ahead. Approximately 300 students participated in this event today, drawn from various districts of JK UT.
DYSSO Jammu appreciated the participants and guided them to play with team spirit and dedication to achieving their goal. He advised the competitors to compete with sportsman spirit to show their best. He distributes Medals and certificates to winners and runner up players.
These competition are being conducted by experts of the department including Ujjwal Gupta, Shifali Gupta, Abdul Qadir, Jagdish Raj, Anthony Matto, Rekha Ratra, Gurdeepiika Kour, Afta Alam, Parmod Singh, Gourav Sharma, Rajiv Kumar and other technical officials of the department.
