UDHAMPUR, Oct 17: DC Udhampur released the magazine of Bava Somnath Satsarai. There is an ancient temple of Lord Somnath in village Latyar Tehsil Panchari District Udhampur which is natural and not man-made. There is another ancient temple at Bahi Songal place. Social worker Purushottam Kumar Sharma has written a book on this in which he has given the history of the Gods and Goddesses of the village and also the ancient traditions of the villageThe natural beauty of Latyar has been briefly described, it also holds special importance for tourism, the trees and plants there, the cold water springs and the lifestyle of the village are also described in it.
