BLSKS condludes special campaign on Nasha Mukat Bharat

Jammu, Oct 1: To promote the Traditional Duggar Culture of J&K , Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan c oncludes mega cultural awareness Drug abuse programs in collaboration with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment , Ministry of Culture , Government of India and Social Welfare Deptt. J&K Govt. at Govt. High School Swankha , District Samba & Govt. Middle School Gudwal Bishnah District Jammu.
The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Raj Kumar , Principal Govt. High School Swankha , District Samba & Subash Kumar, Headmaster Govt. Middle School Gudwal . Among Pawan Kumar, Sunny Sharma, Sat Paul Senior Teachers of the schools were the guest of honor. The songs presented were written and Directed by Dr. M.L.Dogra , Former Assistant Director of Song and Drama Division, Ministry of Information Broadcasting, Government of India.
A pledge was also administered by Usha Raina to more than 500 students / teachers and the certificate by the Ministry of Social Justice was presented to the Principal of the Host School.
The programme was commenced with song of “ Nasha Na Karna – Man Lo Kehna ”, “Mera Karma Tu Mera Dharma Tu”, “Swatchta Hi Sewa Hai”, “ Mera Karma Tu” , “Dudh Maa Ka Hi Pilao”, “Loka Kadu Chuk Goriye ” & dances also presented songs sung by the renowned artists of BLSKS & music of the play composed by Sh. M. C. Kotwal, Music Director , BLSKS. Apart from two others programs was also presented at Govt. Hr. Sec School , Jakh , Samba & Govt. High School, Majua, Bishnah Jammu, yesterday in total BLsks presented 4 programs during the campaign.
The musical play, dances and skits presented were highly appreciated by the audience and dignitaries.
The Chief Guest said the drug addiction has become a complex problem of the society, which is getting deeper day by day.
It not only ruins the life of an individual but also has a profound effect on the family and society. Addiction, whether it is alcohol, cigarette, drugs, or digital addiction, ruins the physical, mental and emotional health of a person.
This problem can be seen in every section of the society, whether it is rural area or urban.
The songs on the said theme were also presented and upload online on Social Media for benefit of the people.
