Rajouri, Nov 1: In a spirited initiative to encourage health and unity, the Sector Headquarters Rajouri (SHQ RJR) in association with 61 BN BSF organized a 5 KM Pre-Marathon Run from BSF Camp Rajouri to 150 GH on the National Highway. The event was flagged off by Sh. C.M.S. Rawat, DIG Sector HQ Rajouri, under tight security arrangements.
A total of 156 BSF personnel, including senior officers, and 20 civilians took part in the run, held as a prelude to the upcoming Jammu Marathon. The event aimed to inspire fitness, teamwork, and community engagement.
Addressing the participants, DIG Rawat praised their enthusiasm and highlighted the importance of maintaining physical and mental fitness. He encouraged everyone to actively take part in the Jammu Marathon.
The event concluded with DIG Rawat honoring the top three runners, appreciating their effort and sportsmanship. |
