Jammu, Nov 3: In a breakthrough, a police team from Police Station R.S Pura successfully apprehended a long-time absconder wanted in case FIR No.67/2018 U/S 307/341/323/147 RPC. The accused person had been evading his arrest for years, but persistent efforts by the police led to their capture, ensuring that justice is served.
The absconders is Mukesh Kumar @ Rocky S/o Jeet Raj R/o W No.4 R.S Pura Tehsil R.S Pura District Jammu was wanted in case FIR No. 67/2018 U/S 307/341/323/147 RPC of P/S R.S Pura Due to his prolonged evasion, the Hon’ble Court of Principal Session Jammu has issued a warrant under Section 299 CrPC against the accused person.
Acting on intelligence inputs and sustained surveillance, a dedicated Police team from Police Station R.S Pura launched a strategic operation led by SHO R S Pura,Inspector Ravi Singh Parihar and apprehend/collected the absconder from Punjab under the supervision of SP headquarters Jammu and SDPO R.S Pura.
After careful planning and execution, the Police Team of P/S R.S Pura successfully arrested the absconder from bringing an end to his long period of evasion.
