Jammu, Nov 3: In a resolute effort to enforce justice, Jammu District Police have successfully apprehended a fugitive,Ranvijay Singh S/o. Surinder Singh R/O Harsa Dabbad Bishabh Jammu, who had been evading capture for over six months. The accused was wanted in connection with a case registered under FIR No. 168/2008, facing charges under Sections 323.341.372.34 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act at Police Station Bishnah.
A specialized team from Police Station Bishnah, led by the SHO Bishnah,Inspector Rakesh Jamwal ,acting on a non-bailable warrant issued under Section 512 of the CrPC by the Ld. Munsiff JMIC Bishnah, Jammu, meticulously tracked and arrested the accused, who had been at large since the crime.
Following his arrest,the accused has been produced before honourable court Bishnah for further orders.
