Jammu, Oct 4: India’s renowned sports personalities Sucha Singh and Sunny Nanda have been selected to represent the country in the prestigious 16th Kemer Open International Raffa Boules Championship 2025, scheduled to be held from 6th to 12th November 2025 in Antalya, Turkey.
Both players have been selected under the banner of the Raffa Boules India Federation. The championship will witness participation from 25 countries, and is being hosted by the Bocce Bowling ve Dart Federation, which is affiliated with the Confederazione Boccistica Internazionale (CBI) and recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC).
Sucha Singh, a retired HOD of Sports at Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) and a retired Army officer, is also an Asian medalist in athletics.
Sunny Nanda, a renowned sports promoter, serves as Director, Special Olympics Bharat, and Secretary, Raffa Boules India Federation.
