JAMMU, Nov 17: Jammu District Athletics Championship 2025-26 was held at University of Jammu ,Synthetic Athletic track, organised by Jammu District Athletics Association under the aegis of J&k Amateur Athletics Association & J&K Sports council in collaboration with Directorate of Sports & Physical Education University of Jammu in U-14, U-16, U-18, U-20, Open categories for both boys & girls. About 250 athletes of different schools and institutions of Jammu district participated. On the valedictory function, International Athlete S. Ravinder Singh (Sr.Vice President JKAAA) was the Chief Guest and Dr. Surinder Singh Kotwal (Director Georgians Academy) was the Special Guest with Vinod k.Bhatia Secretary General (JDAAA) and other dignitaries who felicitated the winners with merit certificate and medals . The Championship was conducted by expert panel ofcoachesS. Gurcharan Singh, Nirmal Singh, Parveen Singh, Gurdev Kour, Gyan Kour, Mukesh Sharma , Nitin Saini, Sahil Sharma, Ritik, Ranjesh Sharma ,Kailash Choudhary,Vaishali, Neha Sharma & Aryaaveer Singh. |
