Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 25: Cadet Bhumika Sharma from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) has beenselected to undergo the prestigious NCC Para Basic Course at the Army Airborne Training School (AATS), Agra. She was chosen after a rigorous selection process and is among only 25 senior Wing Cadets from across India to be selected for this elite training program. The NCC Para Basic Course is an advanced, month-long training program designed to provide cadets with specialized exposure to airborne operations. The training includes intensive ground drills, parachute jumping, and comprehensive tests of physical and mental endurance. Conducted by the Indian Army's AATS, the course aims to instill courage, discipline, and leadership qualities among the participants. Dr. Varun Dutta, NCC Coordinator, and Ms. Kirti, In-Charge Air NCC, SMVDU, appreciated the cadet's dedication and consistent effort that led to this remarkable achievement. Prof. Pragati Kumar, Hon'ble Vice Chancellor, and Sh.
