Punjab, Nov 27: The All India IPSC Equestrian Championship, which began with great enthusiasm at The Punjab Public School, Nabha on November 25, 2025, witnessed outstanding performances from the host school on Day 1 itself. In the Normal Show Jumping Children-I (Individual) category, PPS riders delivered a dominant performance. Jujharveer Singh secured both 1st and 3rd positions, earning 6 and 4 points respectively, while Rajpal Singh clinched the 2nd position with 5 points. Samarveer Singh added to the tally with a 6th place finish. Their combined excellence powered PPS to the 1st position in the team event, collecting 10 points and establishing an early lead. The momentum continued in the Normal Show Jumping Children-II (Individual) event, where PPS once again swept the top spots. Loveinder Singh finished 1st and 2nd, securing 6 and 5 points, followed by Harshwardhan in 3rd place with 4 points. Suhird further strengthened PPS’s position by finishing 4th, contributing 3 points. These strong individual showings ensured another team victory for PPS, which topped the category with 10 points. In the Children-III (Individual) section, PPS rider Gurinder Partap Singh showcased remarkable skill, claiming both the 1st and 2nd positions with 6 and 5 points respectively. His consistent performances placed PPS prominently on the leaderboard as the championship progresses. The host school’s impressive run across all three categories has made them strong contenders for the overall trophy as the championship moves toward its concluding stages. Events such as Dressage, Tent Pegging, Show Jumping Accumulator, Fault and Out, and the Six Bar are scheduled over the next two days, promising more excitement and spirited competition. The four-day championship will conclude on November 28, 2025, with PPS Nabha already emerging as one of the standout teams of the tournament.
