Jammu, Nov 27: Police Station Janipur successfully organized Thana Diwas today, providing a platform for complainants to present their grievances and have their issues resolved on the spot. SP City Jammu, Sh. Vivek Shekhar, personally heard the issues raised and issued directions for prompt redressal. SDPO West, Sh. Satish Bhardwaj, also joined the programme, monitored the grievance disposal process, and raised awareness on vehicle parking and tenant verification.
The event witnessed active public participation and concluded peacefully. Complainants expressed gratitude for the responsive approach of the officers and requested regular such programmes for direct accessibility and timely resolution of public issues. |
