JAMMU, Nov 27: Khanna gets Litrary Excellence Award, On the Occasion of Golden Jublee Celebrations of jamia zia ul Uloom group of Institutions, Which was presided over by the Hon'ble chief Minister Jnb Umar Abdullah, Mr Pardeep khanna a Nationally acclaimed Anchor has been Awarded with Al- Qadir Award for his five Decades long contributions for the promotion of Art , Culture and Languages.
It's pertinent to mention that besides Anchor khanna is a Theatrist , Commentator and Announcer and Associated with Indian Army and jammu and kashmir police in different capacities for the perception management for the last 50 years.
For that Indian Army Decorated him with G O C in C NORTHEREN command's Commendation Card in 2011 and Jammu and Kashmir police confered on him D G Police Medal in 2017. Moreover he has got prasar Bharti Broadcasting corporation of India's distinguished Akashwani Award in 2003.
He has been contributing to maintain the communal harmony and Hindu Muslim Amity in the Peer panchaal Region for years together.
Umar Abdu congratulated Mr khanna and urged him to continue the efforts to maintain the the social fabric in the region, which is more needed in present situation when the society is being divided on the communal and Religious lines, which is very dangerous for the posterity. |
