JAMMU, Nov 27: Humanity Public School observed Constitution Day with dignity, pride, and deep reverence for India's democratic values. The programme commenced with a solemn floral tribute to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution. The tribute was offered by Principal Mr. Gaurav Charak, Admin Incharge Mr. Akashdeep Raina, along with the Incharges of distinguished wings, symbolising the school's collective respect for the visionary leader who shaped the nation's constitutional framework.
The event then unfolded with a series of thoughtful and inspiring presentations. Vivek of class 10th and Mehpreet of class 4th recited poems that beautifully highlighted the essence of constitutional rights, duties, and national unity. Their expressive delivery set a reflective tone for the gathering and encouraged students to appreciate the depth and spirit of the Constitution. Further elevating the programme, Shubham Singh of class 12th and Prachi of class 9th delivered insightful speeches emphasizing the relevance of the Constitution in the lives of citizens today. Their speeches shed light on the importance of justice, equality, liberty, and fraternity, core values that continue to guide India's democratic journey.
Adding an enriching dimension to the celebration, teachers Ms. Indu Choudhary and Ms. Rajni Bhagat addressed the students with enlightening messages. They spoke about the responsibility each citizen carries in upholding constitutional values and urged students to be informed, aware, and empathetic members of society.
The programme concluded with an inspiring and impactful address by the Principal, Mr. Gaurav Charak who highlighted the importance of understanding the Constitution not merely as a document but as a guiding philosophy that shapes India's identity. He encouraged students to imbibe democratic values and contribute positively to the nation's progress.
