| Term-End Examinations of IGNOU starting from December 1 | | | Early Times Report JAMMU, Nov 28: The IGNOU TEE December 2025 Term-End Examinations are going to commence from December 1, 2025 across the Country in one go. Admit cards have been uploaded on the SAMARTH portal on its official website at www.ignou.ac.in. The Hall Tickets can directly be downloaded following the online link https://ignou.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login as well. The learners are advised to download their respective Hall Tickets and reach the allotted Examination Centre with a print of the same along with the Identity Card issued by IGNOU. Under the Jammu Region, 32 Examination Centres have been established including four Examination Centres in District Jail Ambphalla, District Jail Udhampur, District Jail Kathua and Central Jail Kot Bhalwal Jammu exclusively for Jail inmates and also one Examination Centre in Northern Command Udhampur exclusively for Army personnel. The examinations will start on December 1, 2025 and conclude on January 14, 2026. The examinations are being conducted in two sessions every working day. The morning session would be from 10AM to 1PM and evening session would be from 2PM to 5PM. There would be no examination on Sundays and Govt. gazetted holidays. As many as 6.28 lakh students are appearing in the December 2025 Term-End Examinations across the country. Under the Jammu division, more than 25000 students are appearing in the 32 Exam Centres established across Jammu province. Regional Centre Jammu has established Examination Centres in all the ten district headquarters of Jammu province so that no student is bound to travel long distances to take their respective exams. Regional Director, Dr. Sandeep Gupta, informed that the local administration has assured the Regional Centre to deploy security personnel at the Examination Centres for maintaining law and order. At some of the Exam Centres where the number of examinees is high, electronic metal detectors and frisking machines are being deployed with the help of SSP (Security). No Mobile Phones and/or any other electronic gadgets are allowed inside the Examination Halls under any circumstances, and the examinee carrying any electronic device with him/her will be responsible for its safe custody. He expressed confidence to conduct the fair and smooth Term End Examinations across the region with the cooperation of administration, Higher Education Department, management and staff of RC, Centre Superintendents and other stakeholders and field functionaries in the region |
