SAMBA, Nov 30: Continuing its drive against drug smugglers & peddlers, Samba Police has arrested a drug peddler in the jurisdiction of Police Station Bari Brahmana and recovered approximately 774 grams Ganja like substance from his possession.
A Police party of Police Station Bari Brahmana while performing naka duty opposite Pahalwan restaurant Bari Brahmana, intercepted a person who was moving under suspicious circumstances. During frisking, approximately 774 grams of Ganja like substance was recovered from the possession of said person.
The drug peddler identified as Mukesh Mundal S/o Fulo Mundal R/o W.No 04 Sahu Parbatta district Bhagalpur, Bihar A/P near Railway Colony Bari Brahaman has been arrested and the contraband item has also been seized.
In this regard, a case FIR No. 201/2025 u/s 8/20/29 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Bari Brahmana and investigation started. |
