Early Times Report BISHNAH, Nov 30: Dr. Rajeev Kumar Bhagat, MLA Bishnah, today reaffirmed his dedication to infrastructure development and political strengthening in his constituency. The day was highlighted by the commencement of a crucial culvert construction and a significant induction of prominent personalities into the Bharatiya Janata Party. The MLA officially kick-started the construction of a new culvert at Chak Jaralan Palli Morh, near the Aypdhyapura Devsthan. This vital infrastructure project features a 1.50-meter span and flooring, sanctioned at an estimated cost of Rs 6.50 lakhs. The project is expected to enhance local connectivity and improve safety for commuters. Witnessing the inauguration were several local leaders and citizens, including Jatinder Singh, Rattan Lal, Vivek Khajuria, former Sarpanch Kuldeep Raj, Pardeep Singh, Ranjeet Sharma, Kewal Krishan, Davinder Sharma, Kuldeep Shastri, Rajinder Kumar, Pawan Kumar, and Ankush Sharma. In a separate function in Bishnah, the political landscape of the area saw a notable shift as several prominent local personalities joined the BJP. The new entrants included spiritual and community leaders such as Mahant Ram Puri, Ram Dass, Surinder Puri, along with former corporators Romesh Lal and Sat Pal. They were joined by other key figures: Raj Kumar, Som Nath, Garu Ram, Vihari Lal, Kartar Chand, Inderjeet, Radha Krishan, Swarn Singh, Kala Ram, and Ashok Kumar. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rajeev Kumar Bhagat welcomed the new members and outlined his ambitious political vision. He stated his commitment to transforming Bishnah into a 'Congress Mukt Model Constituency', focusing on development and good governance under the BJP banner.
