MLA Arvind Gupta starts blacktopping works in Wards 32, 39 of Jammu West

JAMMU, Dec 12: MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, launched extensive blacktopping works in Ward No. 32 and Ward No. 39 of the constituency, reaffirming his commitment to strengthening the civic infrastructure and improving road connectivity across the region.
Addressing the gathering, MLA Arvind Gupta said, "Our priority has always been to ensure smooth and durable roads for the people of Jammu West. The blacktopping works initiated today reflect our ongoing efforts to enhance public convenience and deliver long-pending development. I assure the residents that similar projects will continue across all wards in a phased and time-bound manner."
In Ward No. 32, the initiative witnessed the presence and support of local leaders including Mandal President Anil Angral, Rajkumar Sharma, Ravinder Khajuria, Anil Singh Rakhwal, and prominent area representative of Rakhwala Padder. They expressed gratitude to the MLA for addressing the long-standing demand of the residents, stating that the improved road conditions will significantly ease mobility and daily commuting.
Similarly, in Ward No. 39, Mandal President Kaushant Prajapati, along with Pharbat Singh, Mohit Vaid, Arti Khajuria, and Sudesh Sharma, joined the programme and appreciated the timely action taken by the MLA. They highlighted that the new blacktopping works would greatly benefit students, shopkeepers, office-goers, and senior citizens who have been facing inconvenience due to deteriorated road surfaces.
Local residents also expressed their satisfaction and thanked MLA Arvind Gupta for fulfilling his development promises. Many shared that the improved roads would not only enhance connectivity but also contribute to better safety, especially during the winter season.
MLA Arvind Gupta reiterated his commitment to ensuring holistic development across Jammu West, emphasizing that road improvement, sanitation, and civic upliftment will remain core priorities. He further appealed to the public to continue cooperating with administration to ensure smooth execution of upcoming development projects.
