Under the wise leadership and guidance of Dr. S. K. Misra, Hon’ble Vice Chancellor of Sardar Beant Singh State University, Gurdaspur, their contributions shine even brighter as part of the university’s ongoing growth and excellence. Born on 04.11.1965 to Sh. Mendai Singh Gangwar and Mrs. Rukmani Gangwar, Dr. Rakesh Chandra Gangwar has completed 30 years and 5 months of distinguished service. Supported by his devoted wife Mrs. Smita Singh and daughters, he has exemplified integrity, dedication, and visionary leadership throughout his career. Joining the university as a Lecturer on 12.06.1995, he has served in several pivotal academic and administrative roles, transforming systems, inspiring colleagues, and nurturing a culture of collaboration. His mentorship, wisdom, and unwavering commitment have left an indelible imprint on countless students and colleagues. Born on 08.11.1965 to Sh. M.P. Gupta and Mrs. Savitri Devi Gupta, Dr. Sunil Kumar Gupta retires after 28 years and 1 month of exceptional service. With the steadfast support of his wife Dr. Manika Gupta and daughters, he has demonstrated an extraordinary work ethic, remarkable professionalism, and an enduring passion for academic excellence. Joining the university as an Assistant Professor on 20.08.1996, he has contributed immensely through key responsibilities beyond his academic duties, significantly enhancing institutional productivity and fostering a cooperative work environment. His guidance, discipline, and leadership continue to inspire generations. |
