Early Times Report THANNAMANDI, Jan 19: College Mission Yuva Committee in Collaboration with Institution's Innovation Council (IIC) and Career Counseling Cell of GDC Thannamandi celebrated National Startup Day and conducted an Awareness Campaign under Udyam Jagriti 4.0 to promote entrepreneurship and digital engagement among students. The programme held under the patronage of Principal Dr. Shameem Ahmed Azad, aimed at empowering youth through exposure to startup culture, innovation and entrepreneurial opportunities and industrial awareness. The session was coordinated by Dr. Ashaq Malik Convener IIC and Career Counselling Cell and Mission Yuva Committee members comprising - Prof. Rizwana Kousar, Dr. Mohd, Ashrif, Dr. Shazia Paswal, Dr, Meenakshi Sharma and Dr. Attiq Ul Rehman. While linking it with Mission Yuva, Dr. Ashaq gave a historic account of National Startup Day - its significance and underlined various inspiring startup across nation. Dr. Nazakat Hussain, HoD - History also spoke on the occasion. As the part of initiative, Mission Yuva team members visited multiple classrooms to brief students on the objective and benefits of the mission Yuva platform. They Guided students through the registration process on Mission Yuva App highlighting features related to industrial linkages, skill building and employment avenues. Students downloaded the mission Yuva mobile application, completed the registration and submitted the feedback form associated with Udyam Jagriti 4.0 marking active participation in the initiative the awareness drive sought to motivate college youth to leverage digital platform for entrepreneurial growth in career development. |
