JAMMU, Feb 25: Punjab National Bank, Divisional Office Jammu, was awarded the first Official Language Shield Award in Region 'C' by the Department of Official Language, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, for its outstanding performance in the field of Official Language implementation. The award was presented by Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah, at the Joint Regional Official Language Conference held in Agartala, Tripura, on February 20, 2026. The award was received by Shri Vishesh Kumar Srivastava (CGM) and Ms. Pooja Devi, Manager, Official Language, Divisional Office Jammu.
The Honourable Shri Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra (ED) from Punjab National Bank and other senior officials from the Head Office were present on the occasion. |
