JAMMU, Mar 3: In a proactive initiative aimed at fostering environmental awareness among young citizens, troops of the Indian Army under the aegis of the White Knight Corps recently conducted an interactive lecture at the Government Primary School, Bisali Village. The session focused on the critical importance of conserving water, one of the nation's most vital resources and highlighted practical steps that students can take in their daily lives to use water judiciously. During the lecture, students were sensitised to simple yet effective water conservation practices, including careful usage, rainwater harvesting and minimizing wastage in household and school activities. |
