JAMMU, May 1: The Eighth Central Pay Commission is scheduled to visit Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, from June 1 to June 4, 2026, to engage with various stakeholders regarding pay structures and allowances.
According to an official notice issued today, Central and UT Government organizations, institutions, and unions wishing to meet with the Commission must first submit a memorandum through the official website at 8cpc.gov.in.
Following this, representatives must request an appointment via the designated NIC forms link by May 16, 2026, using the unique memo ID provided during the initial submission.
While specific venue details and meeting schedules for the four-day visit are expected to be released shortly, the Commission also clarified that similar consultative meetings will be organized in other states and Union Territories across India in the coming months. |
