Sports Taekwondo association concludes UT open Taekwondo Championship

Jammu, May 12: The J&K UT Open Taekwondo Championship 2026 organized by J&K Sports Taekwondo Association affiliated to Taekwondo Federation of India in collaboration with J.P World School, Channi Himmat Jammu concluded.
More than 250 players from 16 school from four different districts of Jammu province participated in the Championship which was conducted under the supervision of Mrs. Ronika Rathore. Mr. Anil Nanda while addressing these gathering said that the students who qualified would be provided an opportunity to participate in the students who is the gold medal will be selected by National Championship at Delhi.
Sh. Vikram Singh Randhawa MLA Bahu constituency J&K (BJP) was the Chief Guest at the closing ceremony while SHO Jenab Mustaq Choudhary Channi Himmat as the guest of honour. Mrs. Aparna Kohli Principal J.P World School Jammu was the Special Guest. Mr. Anil Nanda President and Hall of fame award distributed medals certificates to this winners. The J&K Sports Taekwondo Association Members such as Mr. Amit Sharma (Vice President) Mr. Fateh Ali (Joint Secretary) Mr. Peetember Tandon (Senior Member) Ms. Sneh Gupta (Member) and Mr. Ayush Salgotra (Media Incharge) were also present.
