REASI, May 12: Reasi Police, under the leadership of SSP Reasi Sh. Mukund Tibrewal, IPS, is steadfastly continuing its intensified campaign against drug trafficking and narcotics abuse under the ongoing "Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan."
In continuation of its zero-tolerance approach towards drug-related offences and upon completion of all mandatory legal formalities under Section 52-A of the NDPS Act, the conveyance involved in narcotics trafficking, i.e. Motorcycle bearing Registration No. JK20C-9374, seized in connection with FIR No. 73/2026 U/S 8/21/22/29 NDPS Act, was produced before the Hon'ble Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Reasi for appropriate legal proceedings.
Subsequently, the Hon'ble Court of CJM Reasi duly certified the inventory of the seized conveyance and passed orders for its disposal through public auction, strictly in accordance with the provisions of law and standing guidelines governing the disposal of seized conveyances involved in NDPS cases.
