DBN Vidya Mandir, Mubarak Mandi celebrated Academic Excellence with Grand Felicitation Ceremony

JAMMU, May 16: DBN Vidya Mandir, Mubarak Mandi organised a grand Academic Felicitation Ceremony on Saturday, 16th May, to honour the outstanding achievements of its students in the JKBOSE Board Examinations. The event was attended by members of the Management Trust, parents, teachers, students, and distinguished guests.
The ceremony was graced by the esteemed Chief Guest, Mr Arun Prabhat, State President, BJP Youth (Jammu & Kashmir), and Advocate at the Jammu & Kashmir High Court, whose inspiring presence added pride and motivation to the occasion.
Among the dignitaries present were Principal Mrs.Priya Singh, respected members of the Management Trust - Shri Rajendra Kakkar, Shri Darshan Lal, Shri Valvinder Singh - and Headmistress Ms Sunna Syal.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting and felicitation of the Chief Guest. A special highlight of the ceremony was the introduction of the school song for the first time, which filled the atmosphere with pride and enthusiasm. A vibrant cultural performance based on Nau Devia was also presented by the students.
Presenting the Academic Achievement Report, Principal Mrs. Priya Singh highlighted the exceptional performance of students in Classes 10, 11, and 12 and stated that the institution had once again upheld its tradition of academic excellence through discipline, dedication, and consistent hard work.

oMehak Jamwal - 95.6%
oShriya Raina - 94.8%
The school also applauded the perfect scorers, including Arieb Rashid in Mathematics, Mehak Jamwal and Shriya Raina in Accountancy, Snover Akther in Accountancy, and Sangeshwar in Business Studies.

Special appreciation was also given to Avni Nanda for scoring 100/100 in Mathematics, Aarya Sharma for securing full marks in Environmental Science, and Ayush Parihar for achieving a perfect score in Typing and Shorthand.
Cash rewards, certificates, and mementos were presented to the toppers of Classes 10 and 12 in recognition of their outstanding achievements. Appreciation letters were also awarded to teachers for their dedication and commitment towards student success.
In a proud and encouraging initiative, every student from Nursery to Class 12, including Class 11 achievers, was felicitated for academic excellence and sincere efforts throughout the session. Gold, Silver, and Bronze medals were awarded to deserving students in the presence of their proud parents.
In a heartfelt gesture, the support staff of the school was also honoured with cash prizes for their sincere contribution and dedicated service towards maintaining a positive and disciplined school environment.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Mr Arun Prabhat congratulated the students, teachers, and parents on the remarkable achievements. He spoke extensively about the vital role of youth in shaping the future of the nation and emphasised that today's students are the future leaders of a "Viksit Bharat."
