| MLA Bahu Vikram Randhawa starts drain upgradation works in sector-4, Nanak Nagar | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, May 19: In a major step towards improving civic infrastructure in Bahu Constituency, MLA Bahu Ch. Vikram Randhawa today started the upgradation work of various drains in Sector-4, Nanak Nagar, Ward No. 42 along with BJP State Mahila Morcha President Neha Mahajan, Mandal President Rahul Kumar and his team, and a large gathering of local residents.
The work is being executed under the supervision of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC). Officials from JMC and the concerned contractor were also present on the occasion.
While interacting with the officials and contractor, MLA Vikram Randhawa strictly instructed that no compromise should be made with the quality of work and directed them to ensure timely completion of the project within the stipulated period. He emphasized that quality infrastructure and better civic amenities remain his top priority for the people of Bahu Constituency. The MLA said that the drain upgradation work will help improve the drainage system in the area and provide relief to local residents from long-standing issues, especially during the rainy season. |
