World Yog Institute Jammu organises Yoga, Meditation and Hanuman worship
MLA Vikram Randhawa encourages citizens to make Yoga a way of Life

JAMMU, May 19: Vishwa Yog Sansthaan (World Yog Institute) organized regular yoga and meditation sessions today across its various centres. Participants at different centres actively practiced yoga and meditation, spreading the message of a healthy, positive, and disciplined lifestyle. As part of the programme, a special yoga, meditation, and Hanuman Ji worship ceremony was held at the Har Ki Pauri centre of Vishwa Yog Sansthaan in Jammu. On this occasion, respected MLA Vikram Randhawa was specially present. He participated in yoga along with practitioners and devotees and also took part in the worship of Hanuman Ji.
Speaking on the occasion, MLA Randhawa said that participating in yoga, meditation, and Hanuman Ji worship at Vishwa Yog Sansthaan gives him immense happiness, peace of mind, and positive energy. He appealed to the people of Jammu to begin their daily routine with yoga and adopt a healthier lifestyle.
He further encouraged citizens to join Vishwa Yog Sansthaan and participate in preparations for the upcoming International Day of Yoga. MLA Randhawa stated that Jammu and Kashmir has received a precious gift in the form of Yog Guru Acharya Dr. Karan, and it is the collective responsibility of society to fulfil the vision of spreading yoga to every household while promoting a clean, green, and hygienic environment.
The respected MLA received a warm welcome from members of Vishwa Yog Sansthaan. Prominent attendees included Bansi Lal Gupta, Vikas Chopra, Ch. Balkar Singh, Subash Chander, Padha, Sunny, Sham Lal Kalsi, Suresh Gupta, Seth, Suresh Sharma, Mukesh, Khullar, Rakesh, and several other distinguished guests. Women members and mothers associated with the institute also actively participated in yoga and meditation and joined in welcoming the honoured guest. MLA Randhawa Ji assured his full support for the development of the area and stated that he would make every possible effort to help transform the centre into a world-class yoga and wellness centre.
