Jammu, June 17: Inspired by the visionary anti-drug campaign being spearheaded under the dynamic leadership of the Hon’ble Lieutenant Governor of Jammu & Kashmir, Shri Manoj Sinha Ji, a dedicated team of young artists from Jammu under the banner of LG Studioz has produced a 4-minute and 56-second video song, namely “NASHE TE JAWANI” carrying a powerful message against drug abuse. The song aims to create awareness among the youth and society at large about the devastating consequences of substance abuse and the importance of leading a healthy and responsible life. The teaser of the video song was formally launched today by renowned RTI activist and social worker S. Balvinder Singh. Appreciating the efforts of the young team, Singh lauded their commitment towards social reform and their initiative to contribute meaningfully to the ongoing fight against drug addiction.
Speaking on the occasion, S. Balvinder Singh said that drug abuse has emerged as a serious social challenge, particularly affecting the younger generation. He emphasized that awareness-driven initiatives such as music and creative media can play a significant role in educating society and discouraging youth from falling prey to this menace.
The project has been produced by S. Gurdeep Singh, who has also jointly penned the lyrics along with Ajay Raina, who additionally composed the music. The song has been sung by Lowsant Kumar, who has also contributed to its composition.

The creative team includes Mr. Shubam as Music Director and IMEDITOR as Video Director.
The star cast of the video features Gurdeep Singh and Pallavi, while Ananya, Aryaman, Riya, Rohin, Sahil, Manav and Rahul have played important supporting roles. Several members of the team were present during the teaser launch ceremony.
S. Balvinder Singh informed that the full video song will be released shortly and expressed hope that it would resonate strongly with the public, particularly young people.
He further stated that such initiatives not only strengthen public awareness against the menace of drug abuse but also encourage and motivate talented young artists to utilize their creativity for social causes and public welfare. He expressed confidence that the video song would make a positive impact and contribute towards building a drug-free society.
