IWC Jammu Tawi organizes "Annapurna Day" langar at GMC hospital

JAMMU, July 1: The Inner Wheel Club (IWC) Jammu Tawi successfully organized a noble "Annapurna Day" langar on Wednesday at Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC), Bakshi Nagar. The initiative was aimed at providing free, hygienic meals to the underprivileged, attendants of patients, and those in need.The sewa was held under the dynamic leadership of IWC Jammu Tawi President Jaswant Kour and was blessed by the active participation of dedicated club members. The day's noble activities brought the true spirit of Annapurna Day-feeding the hungry and ensuring nourishment for the community-to life.Key Highlights of the Event: Sponsors of the Day: A special word of gratitude was extended to Harvinder Kour for generously sponsoring the community meal, and to Tajinder Kaur for sponsoring drinking water bottles for everyone in attendance. Distinguished Attendees: The sewa saw the enthusiastic participation of prominent club members, including President IwC 2926-27 Jaswant Kour, Secretary Suresh Bala, Dr. Santosh Gupta PDC, IPP Vanita Kohli, Additional Secretary Tejinder Kaur, PP Daljeet Kaur, treasurer Harvinder Kour, ISOAnju Khajuria, Prof. Arti Bakshi, Vice President Gurvinder Kaur, and PPParamjit Kaur.
