Mobile addiction reduce our concentration lower down our academic performance waste value- able time. It also cause health problem such as weakness of eyes, headache sleep disturbance and stress many people feel anxious or restless. When they are unable to use their phone.. To overcome mobile addiction we should use our mobile wisely and set daily time limit insist of use too much time on screen we should read book play outdoor games exercises regularly and spend quality times with family and friends parents and teachers should teach child to develop healthy habits.. Mobile phone are useful tool when used in the right way but they should not control our leaves we must learn the balance technology with other important activities. |
