SRINAGAR, July 6: The Colour Belt Grading Test was successfully conducted at Iqra International School under the banner of the J&K Taekwondo Association (JKTA), with a large number of Taekwondo athletes enthusiastically participating in the examination.
Aquib Gulzar was appointed as the Examiner for the Colour Belt Grading Test by the J&K Taekwondo Association, while Mr. Anees Bhat served as the Observer to ensure that the examination was conducted in a fair, transparent, and professional manner.
The successful conduct of the grading examination reflects the commitment of the J&K Taekwondo Association towards nurturing young talent, promoting technical excellence, and facilitating the overall development of Taekwondo athletes across the Union Territory.
The Colour Belt Grading Test plays a vital role in the progression of athletes, as successful candidates become eligible to participate in official UT-level and National Taekwondo Championships conducted under the recognized framework of the Association.
The examination was graced by the presence of Mr. Sajad Ahmad, Principal of Iqra International School, who attended the event as the Chief Guest. He appreciated the efforts of the J&K Taekwondo Association, the organizing team, coaches, parents, and athletes for promoting discipline, sportsmanship, and excellence through Taekwondo. He also encouraged the participants to continue working hard and uphold the true spirit of martial arts.
Sh. Rajesh Pangotra, President, J&K Taekwondo Association, and Sh. Ramesh Chander Sharma, General Secretary, J&K Taekwondo Association, congratulated all the players, coaches, examiners, officials, and the organizing team on the successful completion of the Colour Belt Grading Examination. They commended the dedication, discipline, and enthusiasm displayed by the participants and appreciated the efforts of Iqra International School for hosting the event. They also reaffirmed the Association's commitment to promoting Taekwondo, identifying promising talent, and providing athletes with opportunities to excel at the Union Territory, National, and International levels.
