KULGAM, Aug 5: Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Shahzad Alam, today chaired a review meeting to assess the functioning of the Youth Services & Sports Department, Kulgam.
The meeting was attended by the Additional Deputy Commissioner Kulgam Vikar Ahmad Giri, District Youth Services & Sports Officer (DYSSO), all Zonal Physical Education Officers (ZPEOs), and other concerned officers.
During the meeting, the DYSSO presented a detailed overview of the department's activities, achievements, and the implementation status of various schemes and programmes across the district.
The Deputy Commissioner reviewed the progress made under different initiatives, including sports infrastructure development, youth engagement programmes, school sports activities, fitness campaigns, e-Portal registration, NMBA activities, and other departmental achievements. |
