HPS organised drug awareness program

JAMMU, Aug 23: Humanity Public School organized a powerful Drug Awareness Programme under Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and Mission Spandan, engaging students in a meaningful step toward a healthier society.
The programme was held as part of the "10 Crore Nasha Mukt Pratigya Mahabhiyan", observed in the sacred memory of Dadi Prakash mani Ji. The campaign was conducted in association with the Medical Wing, Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation, Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya, with the shared goal of building a drug-free and empowered India.
The event saw active participation from Principal Gaurav Charak, Vice Principal Anku Charak, Senior Wing In-charge Prasidh Singh, Admin In-charge Aakashdeep Raina, Coordinator Vikas Sharma, Higher secondary wing teachers and students of Classes XI and XII.
The programme was graced by esteemed guests Sanjeev Razdan, Sakshi, and Asha from the Medical Wing, Rajyoga Education & Research Foundation, Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwa Vidyalaya.
A key highlight was the Nasha Mukti Pledge, led by Asha. Students committed to stay away from drugs and to spread the same message in their communities.
Sanjeev Razdan also shared insights on the harmful effects of substance abuse and the importance of self-awareness, positive habits and responsible choices.
The programme concluded with gratitude to the school leadership, staff and students for their support.
Principal Gaurav Charak said, "Today our students took more than a pledge. They chose health, discipline and purpose. I am proud that HPS is standing with the nation in building a Nasha Mukt Bharat."
Vice Principal, Mrs. Anku Charak said "One strong decision can change a life. I urge our students to be examples of strength and positivity, and to inspire others to live drug-free."
The initiative reaffirmed HPS's commitment to national efforts for a Nasha Mukt Bharat and to shaping responsible, empowered citizens for a stronger India.
