Early Times Report JAMMU, Feb 19: With Delimitation Commission begins its functioning, the reservation of Assembly seats and two parliamentary seats for Kashmiri Pandits has started gaining momentum. Though there are mushrooming of organisations among Kashmiri Pandit organisations toeing different ideology but there is almost a consensus among majority of KO bodies in this regard who not only strongly advocate for reservation of five constituencies in J&K UT Assembly under the new process of delimitation of constituencies but believe that this can also be a one of the Confidence Building Measure (CBM) for the return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits to Valley. As many as 10 districts of the union territory reported no fresh case of the virus in the past 24 hours or so.
