Early Times Report JAMMU, Apr 29: BJP high command on Sunday decided  to replace the Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh.   Credible sources said that after hectic discussions among leaders of BJP and RSS, it was decided to replace Dr Singh with Speaker of the J&K Legislative Assembly Kavinder Gupta. Sources said that after over three hours long meeting at Delhi, BJP high command directed Deputy Chief Minister to submit his resignation. Dr Singh reached Delhi this afternoon after being asked to reach union capital for discussions. After calling, Dr Nirmal Singh, party high command asked Kavinder Gupta to reach Delhi also for very important discussions. “During the three meeting it was decided that both Dr Singh and Kavinder Gupta would swap their posts,” sources said. They said that decision to replace Dr Singh was taken due to failure of the party ministers to take tough stand on controversial issues Rassana incident, decisions of Tribal Affairs Ministry and Rohingaya issues.
