Early Times Report Jammu, June 11: The incumbent GMC Principal Dr Naseeb Chand Digra violated the government order before going into a quarantine earlier this month. According to the details available with Early Times the GMC Principal handed over the charge of Head of Department Surgery to assistant professor Dr Sanjay Kumar Basin before moving into home quarantine. It was for the second time within a span of few days Dr Basin was made the HoD surgery. “Prior to this the GMC principal had violated al the norms and issued an order no GMC/20/ORDER/02 dated 1/05/2020 elevating Dr Basin as the HOD surgery,” said a source. However, Jammu and Kashmir administration took a serious note of the said “unauthorised and Illegal order” particularly when the matter pertaining to the seniority between Dr Sanjay Kumar Basin and Dr Ratnakar Sharma is subjudicious and rescinded the order. Early Times Report Jammu, June 11: In a bid to target Jammu province more lethally, Pakistan has started using US-made weapons on civilians along the Line of Control (LoC). Official sources in the government establishment told Early Times that in a recent shelling in Mendhar sector, where around three villagers were killed and several houses were damaged, the Pakistan Army had fired US-made projectiles.
