Early Times Report Jammu, Aug 19: Government has announced to develop pilgrim tourism circuit connecting Mata Vaishno Devi, Purmandal- Utterbehni, Mansar-Surinsar and Shiv Khori, but it seems to be yet another announcement made without taking into account the ground situation. Purmandal, an ancient sacred place (tirath sthan), visited by thousands of devotees in Jammu region has been completely neglected by the government. Due to lack of maintenance the entire area around Puramandal is in ruins. The park has turned into a jungle as it has not been maintained.
