HC directs JU Registrar to appear in person Controller Examination JU allegedly appoints his son as JE challenged 7/22/2014 10:45:23 PM Jammu, July 22: In a petition filed by one Gurvinder Singh challenging the appointment of Harjinder Singh son of S Jarnail Singh Dev who was at the relevant time Controller of Examination at Jammu University, as a Junior Engineer. Justice Janak Raj Kotwal of J&K High Court Jammu wing today observed that neither record has been produced despite repeated adjournments nor there is any representation on behalf of Jammu University and ordered that Registrar, Jammu University, Jammu appear in person along with relevant record on the next date.
