Jammu, Sept 2: Senior Congress leader Gulchain Singh Charak has appealed state government to address the issues of border residents and especially the Bishnah constituency. According to press release, a series of meetings of villagers of Bishnah constituency was held at village Marhol wherein Gulchain Singh Charak was the chief guest. While speaking on the occasion, Th. Gulchain Singh Charak urged upon the Govt. to direct all the concerned departments to take immediate and necessary steps to mitigate the problems being faced by the people of the area. He also assured the public that he will take up all the issues with the concerned departments at the earliest. He further said that the Bishnah constituency is neglected for the last so many years and there is no proper and planed development in this constituency and cautioned the public, especially, the youth of the area to be aware of the communal and divisive forces & urged them to work unitedly for bringing about a wave of change in the Bishnah Constituency for its development and prosperity. He also welcomed a large number of youth in the party fold and urged them to work whole heartedly for the public welfare and development of the area.
