| BCC holds series of meetings, many join party | | | Bishanh, Sept 2: Block Congress Committee held series of meetings in Bishnah Constituency to create awareness among people of area about the achievements of the Congress led UPA governments at the centre. Former Minister and Former Member CWC-AICC, Gulchain Singh Charak addressed these meetings as chief guest. Many locals joined Congress in these meetings in presence of the chief guest. The meeting held at Village Marhol was organized by Rajesh Saini and Dasrhan Saini while a similar meeting at Pasgal was organized by S Haqikat Singh, Ex-Sarpanch, Ravel Chand, Girdhari Lal Numberdar and Jaswant Singh. These meetings were attended by large number of people hailing from the respective villages, the office bearers of Block Congress Committee and other prominent leaders, Chowkidar, Numberdars, Panches, Sarpanches also participated.
Former Minister and Former Member CWC-AICC, Charak said that the Bishnah constituency is neglected for the last so many years and there is no proper and planed development in this constituency and cautioned the public, especially, the youth of the area to be aware of the communal and divisive forces & urged them to work unitedly for bringing about a wave of change in the Bishnah Constituency for its development and prosperity. He also urged upon the Govt to direct all the concerned departments to take immediate and necessary steps to mitigate the problems being faced by the people of the area. Meantime he also assured the public that he will take up all the issues with the concerned departments at the earliest. He also welcomed a large number of youth in the party fold and urged them to work whole heartedly for the public welfare and development of the area. Speaking on the occasion almost all the speakers highlighted problems being faced by the people residing in the area and requested Charak for early redressal of their demands.
Among those who joined Congress here today included Sunil Saini, Rohit Saini, Subam Saini, Sandeep Saini, Deepak Kumar, Goutam Kumar, Vinod Kumar, Sanju Kumar, Garu Ram, Gulshan Kumar, Pankaj Kumar, Rakesh Kumar, Daleep Kumar, Vishal Saini, Sunny Kumar and others. Prominent who spoke in these meetings include Gambhir Dev Singh, Dr O P Saini, Madan Bhagat, S Mehar Singh, Dr Raghubir Sarpanch, S Haqikat Singh, Capt Janak Raj, Banarsi Dass, Rtd Headmaster & others. |
