Early Times Report Srinagar, Mar 5: People is Kashmir valley will be in for more trouble as a fresh Western Disturbance (WD) is likely to hit the state on March 7. A Met department spokesperson said here today that afresh WD, originating from Arabian sea, would hit Jammu and Kashmir on that day. The WD will likely result in snowfall and rain from March 7 onwards, he added. The spokesperson said light rain and snow would occur duringthe next 24 hours in the summer capital, Srinagar, where maximumand minimum temperatures tomorrow would be about 8 degree Celsius and 1 degree respectively. Meanwhile, light rain and thundershowers would occur in thewinter capital, Jammu, where maximum and minimum temperaturestomorrow would be around 18 degree and 10 degree respectively. Maximum and minimum temperature tomorrow in Leh in Ladakh region would be around 10 degree and minus 3 degree respect-ively,the spokesperson said, adding it will be generally cloudy |
