JAMMU, May 24 : Police have arrested the man who yesterday allegedly murdered a Bakkarwal at Kheri near Udhampur. Police identified the victim as Liaqat, son of Mirza of Duru, and the accused as Nazakat, son of Lateefa of Kheri. Liaqat, who at present was living at Mian Bagh in Udhampur, was going towards Duru along with his cattle when he was allegedly attacked by Nazakat, resulting in his death, police sources said. The accused was arrested by police from Duru by a police team led by Udhampur police station SHO Mahesh Sharma.
