Poonch, Oct 7: Although central government has launched a neat and clean India movement by the name of Swach Bharat Mission (SBM) but vice versa is the reality of this scheme in Pir Panjal region.
Dumps of filth a is showing every where. According to the sources all officers and politicians admitted this mission only upto advertising in media and trying themselves to eyewash the common masses and to embezzled the crore of rupees funds. The reality of the mission in Pir Panjal region shows the squalor at bus stand Poonch, main bazaar Mandi, main bazaar Poonch, Qilla market Poonch, main bazaar Surankote, BG Chowk, Main bazaar Mendhar, main bazaar Rajouri, Bus stand Rajouri and many other small towns situated in this region. Sushil Sharma, Rajan Sharma, Irshad Ahmed, Ishan Sudhan from Rajouri, Abdul Rashid Shahpuri, Mohammad Rashid, Abas Malik, Foji Barkat and Ghulam Hassa of Punch, Aslam, Mukhtar Ahmed from Surankote, Mohd Iqbal Imtiaz Ahmed from Mendhar and Nawaz Sharief, Mumtaz Ahmed, Mohammad Abas, Talha and many more from Mandi tehsil alleged that the tactful officers and some so called political leaders manipulated and misused the funds in the name of Safai. Many locals condemned a SBM camp conducted in Khaneter village on Friday and said all over development is zero and RDD officers are conducting so called safai camps to gulp money. They appealed to vigilance commissioner to investigate the matter deeply and conduct inquiry into it. |
