DODA, Oct 7: Chief education officer (CEO), Doda, has been asked to forthwith detach the teacher, who is attached with his office, and send him to the government high school, Gurhaka, which is his original place of posting.
The people of Gurhaka panchayat in Bhaderwah, through its chairman Ram Raj, had submitted a representation to the authorities concerned, expressing concern over deteriorating standard of education in the government high school, Gurhaka.
Acting on the direction of DC, Doda, the district's chief planning officer, vide his letter No DDC/Edu-Inspection/2016-17/6623-25 has asked the CEO to immediately detach teacher Athar Parvez and send him to the high school, Gurhaka, to provide academic support in the school.
Parvez is also holding charge of legal and monitoring cell and RTI section in CEO office, Doda, for nearly a decade. |
