Jammu, Mar 19: Yuva Shakti Jagriti Mission felicitated Poshker Nath Koul Bedil pen name Pushker Bedil is a freelance writer, dramatist, poet, singer and actor. He was born in a small and beautiful village Hanand Chawalgam district Kulgam which is surrounded by fresh springs and water channels and the beautiful stretches of green turf, walnut trees and vast apple orchards and wild flowers.
A feather is added to the cap of Poshker Nath Koul Bedil as his works has been recognized by national level NGO Yuva Shakti Jagriti Mission. A function under the banner of Yuva Shakti Jagriti Mission (NGO ) was held at Vessu Qazigund.In this function Pt.Poshker Nath Koul Bedil was felicitated for writing a book "DUG" a collection of poems.The book is a collection of some poems that depict the pain through which the writer has gone during his exile from Kashmir.The writer is accorded with a citation and a cheque of Rs. One lakh by Veer Ji Saraf ,Chief guest .However the writer P.N Koul donated the said amount to the same NGO for the purpose of relief and rehabilitation of the people of J&K as a sort of token of love for the people . |
