Kathua, May 31:Kartar Public School, Barnoti organized a Special Workshop for its teachers on the theme 'Personality Development and Interpersonal Relations.' All the teachers of the school attended the workshop with zeal and enthusiasm. Anita Dang, head of KPS Juniors, Jalandhar Unit also graced the occasion. Harpreet Kaur, Secretary-cum-Principal of the school inaugurated the workshop and introduced the trainer Pawan Samlok, a psychology expert. Samlok who came from Delhi, is a domain expert in the areas of clinical psychology, guidance and counseling, educational psychology and learning theories. The trainer spoke about the different aspects of personality, personality development, personality traits, positive thinking, aspiration and motivation. Teachers have to groom themselves into fine human beings before they start teaching. A well groomed teacher can create a positive impact on the pupils. Speaking on the occasion, Er. Nirmaljit Singh, Chairman of the school, said that at KPS it is a passion to train human resources in pursuit of perfection. Teachers have to be role models with high emotional and intelligent quotient. |
