Jammu, May 31: Delhi Public School, Jammu clinched first position in inter-school rope skipping championship. According to press release, students of DPS Jammu brought laurels to the school and their parents by securing first position and gold medals in Inter-School Rope Skipping Championship organized by District Youth Sports and Services, J&K held at M.A Stadium from 26-31 May, 2018. The details of the winners are as Arshin Lakhan (VII-H), Aradhya Sharma (VII-H), Dhruv Bhasin (VI--H), Krishna Mahajan (VII-C), Devyansh Mahajan (VI). Manvi Pandoh (VII-D), Aarushi Aryan (VII-I), Pragati Sawhney (VI-B), Ayushi Verma (VII-C), Vidhushi Jamwal (X-F), Kaskiran Kaur (VI-B), Arshia Mahajan (VI-H), Shivanshi Sharma (VI-G), Mannat Charak (VI-C). Further, all the students have also been selected for the Inter-District Rope Skipping Championship to be held later. Principal, DPS Jammu, Ruchi Chabra congratulated the entire team and their coach Suresh Kumar and wished them success for the future events. Headmistress, DPS Jammu, Meenu Gupta also applauded them. President, RCT, M.K Ajatshatru Singh, Kunwrani Ritu Singh and Director, S.S Sodhi extended their best wishes to the winners and their parents. |
