People stage protest against police Deptt at Bari Brahmana, Block NH for 2 Hours

Vijaypur, June 1: The relatives and the family members of accident victim today stage protest against the police department at main Chowk Bari Brahmana and demanded the arrest of the accused who involved in this accident here today.
The deceased has been identified as Paras Gandhi Son of Bal Krishan Gandhi resident of Ward No 7 Bari Brahmana Samba.
According to the Police sources, a large number of relatives of the accident victim laid the body of Pars Gandhi on road and raised a slogan and shouting against the concerning authorities and blocked the Jammu Pathankot National Highway near Bari Brahmana near about one hour and stop traffic movement on both tubes.
They alleged that Paras Gandhi was injured in road accident at bari brahmana and admitted in GMCH Jammu and then he was shifted in Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayan Super Specialty hospital at Katra on May 31, but today he died during the treatment. They demanded who was responsible for the accidents was nabbed by the locals and handed to the Police but the police released him but the accused person of the accident is roaming free.
They demanded immediately arrest the accused person and strict action against him.
The Sub-District Police Officer, Bari Brahmana along with senior district administration officers, reached the spot and pacified the protesters. They assured necessary action into the matter following which the blockade was lifted.
After receipt the information, SDPO Bari Brahmana and senior officer of the district administration Samba reached on the spot and pacify the protester and assured them necessary action against responsible person.
